题目：Solar Wind Electrons : Radial evolution and modelling
摘要：I will briefly review our knowledge of the Solar Wind electrons from both observationnal & theoretical point of view. I will focuss on their kinetic/exospheric behaviour and on the open questions on particles/waves interactions that need to be solved in order to explain the 1 AU properties. I will also described the TOR mission concept which a european initiative equivalent to the EDDIE concept that will have been introduced by Pr. Bale.
