副教授
Experience: Peking University, 1998-Present Instructor. Teaching the course of optics exercise and the physics experiment. Research Assistant. Making research on magnetosphere physics. Major in Radiation Belt Dynamics and Particle injection and acceleration in ring current zone. Graduate student at Changchun Institute Of Optics and Fine Mechanics China Academia of Science, 1995-1998 Studied and researched the mechanism of ultra-fine finishing of LiGaO2 single crystal. Achieved the optimal methods and technological parameters of the ultra-fine finishing of LiGaO2. Awarded to the excellent graduation dissertation. Undergraduate student at Changchun Institute Of Optics and Fine Mechanics, 1991-1995 Studied the design of the optical instrument. The graduation dissertation is designing the stereoprojector. Academic record is excellent. Awarded to the scholarship every year.
Current Research Interests Research the multi-scale variation of radiation belt To investigate long-term variations of the inner zone high-energy proton environment at low orbits, I developed the drift shell tracing (DST) approach by using the adiabatic approximation of charged particle motion with the NASA standard radiation models as reference states.
Research the mechanisms of relativistic electrons’ enhancements in the Magnetosphere Investigate the sources and the acceleration mechanisms of enhancements of relativistic electrons in the magnetosphere. Using data from low-altitude polar orbit satellites of NOAA to investigate the possible sources of the enhancements of relativistic electrons in the magnetosphere.
